- Contingent = Fee per placement (fixed fee or % of salary) payable on candidate acceptance
- Retained = Payable in three instalments over the course of the recruitment process
- Temporary Contractor = Pay only for the hours your contractor works, timesheeted
And invoiced weekly.
- RPO = Monthly retainer and small fee per placement – works well if you’re scaling your business.
