A Word from Our CEO

Before founding Axia Recruitment Group in 2021, I served as an Internal Recruiter and HR Officer for a global baby food manufacturer and a private school. During that time, I was struck by the relentless demands from internal stakeholders, each believing their vacancies were the highest priority. This led to a reactive approach—posting an advert and hoping the right candidate would respond—rather than following a strategic process. This approach is not sustainable.

That’s why I developed the Internal Recruitment Training Framework: to empower and equip your HR teams with the essential tools, knowledge, and technology needed to perform their roles effectively.
